Campagnol gives you several ways to play, from a guided solo campaign against AI opponents to local and online multiplayer. Clear, streamlined menus make it easy to pick the mode that fits your group.

Campagnol Voles and Plots Explained

The heart of Campagnol is managing your voles and fighting for plot majorities. Understanding how vole values interact is the key to tipping the balance of the game in your favor.

Voles 1-4

Each vole carries a value ranging from 1 to 4, and these values can be reversed, strengthened, or targeted during play.

Single & Double Planting

Vegetables can be planted as single or double tiles, shaping how a plot's control plays out.

Majority Control

Plots are won by whichever player holds the majority on that space, so every vole placement can shift the outcome.

Limited Actions →

Your actions each turn are limited, so choosing whether to reverse, strengthen, or block is a constant strategic decision.

End of Game →

The game ends once all spaces on the board are occupied, and the player controlling the most plots wins.

Campagnol Multiplayer Modes

Campagnol supports two distinct multiplayer modes so you can play with people in the same room or challenge opponents elsewhere. Both modes use the same core rules of vole management and plot majority.

Split-Screen Mode

Gather family or friends on one device and play together with a shared, split board view.

Multi-Screen Mode

Compete against opponents from around the world using separate screens for each player.

Up to 4 Players

Matches support you plus up to 3 opponents, whether human or AI-controlled.

Campagnol Difficulty Levels

When you're not ready to face other players, Campagnol's AI opponents give you two difficulty levels to practice against. Starting on Novice and working up to Expert is the best way to learn how to read the board.

Novice

A gentler AI opponent setting suited to learning how vole values and plot majorities interact.

Expert

A tougher AI opponent setting that pushes you to plan your limited actions more carefully.
